Funny thing I have to tell you Claudio….is that every time I see a pic or comment of you on Facebook…. from you or your comments ….I always stop and take a few deep breathes……seriously!!! Funny how that works…..your name is associated with deep healthy grateful to be alive breathes !!!! I will always be grateful for you showing up in my hospital room a little over a year ago and I understand how people walk into our lives for a reason… You two definitely are an inspiration !!!

My training with Claudio was more than fitness, it was spiritual and with the combination of the two I’ve found it to be very effective! The breathing technique was really rejuvenating, clearing my mind and helping me focus! I felt my Abs tighten & strengthen! Claudio, your workout sessions helped with making me feel very confident & ready for my photo shoot for CABO! Thanks so very much Claudio….you are Godsend and took my vacation to another level!

Someone must have been looking over me that day as the doctors said I had a 90% chance...

I was diagnosed and have suffered from TN & chronic migraine for over 10 years following a head injury. I am posting this for all of the other sufferers who go in silence due to the stigma & I am happy to say I now suffer episodically vs. 24/7 due to various changes: my diet, meditation along with breathing techniques and yoga fromClaudio Cabo & moving where the weather is less of a factor. Everyday is a gift so be thankful when you feel healthy.
